The hotel was recently refurbished, had normal double rooms. We liked marvellous breakfast, offered by the venue. The stuff was friendly and kind. Central location near to good restaurants, the boat station, it was in a nice quiet area.

Spotless hotel with perfect location in Venice really close to the train station, all attraction and centre. The staff are brilliant, overall. Cannaregio district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Fabulous central location, great beds and HELPFUL staff. It was perfectly located. Good service within 0.5 km of the airport.

Facilities were pretty good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was terrible.

Location and staff are superb, I enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. Cannaregio district definitely deserves exploring. The beach is sandy and the views are pleasant.

Special hotel, relaxing rooms, hearty breakfast, patient staff. Big size suite and comfortable bed. Decent location, just off the main attractions, the train station and Venice, nevertheless the area was uncomfortable. Good value, excellent service offered.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Easy location, the restaurant was great and the service was nice! I got free upgrade and liked it. Relaxed by the pool, it was heated, especially when the weather was fine.

Food was amazing, room was ordinary, liked the luxurious bathroom. Pastries, bakery and cheese were really appreciated. Kind staff, were happy to help, good value. Restaurant in hotel was lovely and the pool area was lovely.
